2In section 242 (protected information: restriction on disclosure by registrar), in subsection (3)—

(a)omit the “or” at the end of paragraph (a);

(b)at the end of paragraph (b) insert “, or

(c)as permitted by section 1110F (general powers of disclosure by the registrar).”
