Children and Young Persons (Scotland) Act 1937 (c. 37)

Part IIS Prevention of Cruelty and Exposure to Moral and Physical Danger

For the purposes of this Part of this Act—

Any person to whose charge a child or young person is committed by any person who has [F2parental responsibilities in relation to] him shall be presumed to have charge of the child or young person;
Any other person having actual possession or control of a child or young person shall be presumed to have the care of him.
