2. Those provisions of the Maintenance Enforcement Act 1991 not already in force(1), apart from paragraphs 15 to 17 of Schedule 1 to that Act (and section 10 to the extent necessary to bring those paragraphs into force), shall come into force on 1st April 1992.

Section 12 of the 1991 Act came into force on 27th June 1991, on the passing of the Act, and paragraph 11 of Schedule 2 (and section 11(1) to the extent necessary to bring that paragraph into force) came into force on 14th October 1991, by virtue of S.I.1991/2042.
