2. In section 64(3) of the Employment Rights Act 1996(1), in place of “regulation 16 of the Ionising Radiations Regulations 1985” there shall be substituted “regulation 24 of the Ionising Radiations Regulations 1999 [S.I. 1999/xxxx]”.
