3. In paragraph 8(1) of Schedule 3 to the Act(1)—
(1) omit the following—
(a)“the Minister of Health or”,
(b)“a Health Authority”, and
(c)all of the words from “except” to the end.
(2) after the word “Trust,” insert the word “or”.
