3. In section 444 of the Companies Act 1985 (power to obtain information as to those interested in shares etc)(1), in subsection (4)(b)(i), for “one-fiftieth of the statutory maximum” substitute “one-fiftieth of the greater of £5,000 or the amount corresponding to level 4 on the standard scale for summary offences”.
