Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act 2000 (c. 23)

9.  In Part 1 of Schedule 1 to the Investigatory Powers Act 2000 (relevant public authorities)—

(a)omit paragraph 9ZC(1);

(b)after paragraph 15 insert—

“(15C) The Department for Business and Trade.

(15D) The Department for Energy Security and Net Zero.

(15E) The Department for Science, Innovation and Technology.”
