Council Directive 98/56/EC of 20 July 1998 on the marketing of propagating material of ornamental plants

The Commission shall be assisted by the Standing Committee on Plants, Animals, Food and Feed established by Article 58(1) of Regulation (EC) No 178/2002 of the European Parliament and of the Council (1) . That Committee shall be a committee within the meaning of Regulation (EU) No 182/2011 of the European Parliament and of the Council (2) .]
2. Where reference is made to this Article, Articles 4 and 7 of Decision 1999/468/EC (3) shall apply.
The period laid down in Article 4(3) of Decision 1999/468/EC shall be set at one month.
3. The Committee shall adopt its Rules of Procedure.]
