Amendment of Article 105(4) of the Pensions (Northern Ireland) Order
2. In Article 105(4) of the Pensions (Northern Ireland) Order 2005 (insolvency event in relation to a partnership) for sub-paragraph (d) substitute—
“(d)the partnership enters administration within the meaning of paragraph 2(2)(b) of Schedule B1 to that Order(1) (as applied by an order(2) under Article 364(3) of that Order).”.

Schedule B1 to the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989 (S.I. 1989/2405 (N.I. 19)) was inserted by Article 3(2) of, and Schedule 1 to, the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 2005 (S.I. 2005/1455 (N.I. 10))
