Amendment of schedule 1

3.—(1) The table in schedule 1 (the Scottish Administration) of the Act is amended in accordance with paragraphs (2) and (3).

(2) In column 1 (purposes)—

(a)in relation to purpose 2—

(i)after “other local authority” insert “revenue and”,

(ii)for “contracts to increase the resilience and capacity of third sector organisations” substitute “programmes to create the best conditions for the third sector and volunteering to thrive”,

(iii)omit “contributions and grants relating to regeneration; community-led regeneration; community engagement; community empowerment;”,

(b)in relation to purpose 3—

(i)after “central services” insert “, including procurement and e-commerce”,

(ii)after “Digital Strategy” insert “and economy”,

(iii)for “Growth Accelerator programme” substitute “Growth Accelerator and Green Growth Accelerator programmes”,

(iv)for “and technology grants” substitute “, innovation and technology/digital grants and support for low carbon economy”,

(v)after “broadband connectivity;” insert “contributions and grants relating to regeneration; community-led regeneration; community engagement; community empowerment;”,

(vi)after “South of Scotland Enterprise” insert “; support for inward trade and investment and exports”,

(c)in relation to purpose 4, after “local authorities;” insert “grant funding for the Scottish Credit and Qualifications Framework Partnership and Scottish Qualifications Authority accreditation;”,

(d)in relation to purpose 6—

(i)for “spend on waste prevention and management; costs relating to the United Kingdom’s withdrawal from the European Union” substitute “action to prevent waste, improve recycling, reduce emissions from waste, tackle litter and deliver a circular economy strategy;”,

(ii)for “heritage; environment” substitute “economy, including addressing biodiversity loss and peatland and nature restoration; environmental”,
