Members' allowances

2.  In section 177 of the 1972 Act(1) (supplementary provisions) paragraph (b) of subsection (1) shall have effect as if a National Park authority were a body specified in section 21(1) of the 1989 Act, as referred to in paragraph (a) of that subsection.

Subsection (1) of section 177 was substituted by paragraph 28(2) of Schedule 11 to the 1989 Act and amended by S.I. 1994/446.
