Provisions of the ActSubject Matter

In section 1–

  • subsection (2), so far as it relates to the other provisions of the Act brought into force by this Order;

  • subsection (3), so far as it relates to the other provisions of the Act brought into force by this Order;

  • subsection (4), so far as it relates to paragraphs 7 and 14(5)(b) of Part I of Schedule 1 to the Act;

  • subsections (5), (6) and (7), so far as those provisions relate to the Education Committee;

  • subsection (9), so far as it relates to provisions of Part II of Schedule 1 to the Act brought into force by this Order.
