2. Subsections (1) to (6) of section 1 of the Derelict Land Act 1982 shall have effect in relation to land in the borough of Reading which is in the locality bounded by:
(i)the south east kerb line of Coley Avenue from its junction with Berkeley Avenue (A4) to its junction with Castle Hill (A4155);
(ii)the south kerb line of Castle Hill (A4155) from its junction with Coley Avenue to its junction with the A33 and Castle Street at the roundabout;
(iii)the west kerb line of the A33 from its junction with Castle Street and Castle Hill at the roundabout to the point where it meets the northern end of Brook Street West and then the west kerb line of Brook Street West to its junction with Garnet Street and then the western bank of the Holy Brook to the point where the bridge carrying Berkeley Avenue (A4) crosses it;
(iv)the northern kerb line of Berkeley Avenue (A4) from its junction with Coley Avenue to the western bank of the Holy Brook;
as those subsections have effect in relation to land in a development area or intermediate area.
