Amendments to the Principal Order

2.—(1) The Principal Order shall be amended as follows.

(2) In section 2 of Schedule 1—

(a)after paragraph 44 insert—

“45. Pennine Housing 2000 Limited.

46. Twin Valley Homes Limited.

47. Urban Futures London Limited.”

(3) In section 4 of Schedule 1, after paragraph 38 insert—

“38A. London South Bank Careers.”

(4) In section 8 of Schedule 1—

(a)for paragraph 4A. substitute—

“4A. Shetland Welfare Trust.

4AA Tynedale Housing Company Limited.”

(5) In section 10 of Schedule 1—

(a)after paragraph 5 insert—

“5A. a body designated as a Care Trust under section 45 of the Health and Social Care Act 2001(1).”

(b)after paragraph 6 insert—

“6A. The Care Standards Inspectorate for Wales.”

(c)after paragraph 7 insert—

“7A. Clackmannanshire Leisure.”

(d)after paragraph 8 insert—

“8A. Coventry Sports Trust Limited.”

(e)for paragraph 9A. substitute—

“9A. Edinburgh Leisure.

9AA. Enfield Leisure Centres Limited.”

(f)after paragraph 17 insert—

“17A. The National Care Standards Commission.”
