The Transfer of Housing Corporation Functions (Modifications and Transitional Provisions) Order 2008

1.  In the following provisions any reference to the Housing Corporation shall be treated as if it were a reference to the Regulator of Social Housing—

section 32(7B) of the Land Compensation Act 1973(1)

section 5(3)(d) of the Rent (Agriculture) Act 1976(3)
