Commencement of sentencing provision
2. Section 257(2)(c) of the Act (additional days for disciplinary offences) comes into force on 3rd December 2012 in so far as it relates to paragraphs 17, 19(2) and 26 of Schedule 20B to the Act(1).

Schedule 20B was inserted by paragraph 10 of Schedule 17 to the Legal Aid, Sentencing and Punishment of Offenders Act 2012 (c.10).
