Care Homes (Wales) Regulations 2002

4.—(1) The Care Homes (Wales) Regulations 2002(1) are amended as follows.

(2) In regulation 9 (fitness of registered manager), in paragraph (6) for “the Care Council for Wales” substitute “Social Care Wales”.

(3) In Schedule 2 (information and documents to be available in respect of persons carrying on, managing, or working at, care homes), in paragraph 5A for “the Care Council for Wales” substitute “Social Care Wales”.

S.I. 2002/324 (W. 37), regulation 9 was amended and paragraph 5A was inserted into Schedule 2 by S.I. 2011/1016 (W. 153); there are other amending instruments but none is relevant.
