5Yr ardollau sydd i'w gosod ar gigyddwyr neu allforwyr — cyfrifo'r ardoll a'i thalu

(1)Cyfrifir ardoll sy'n cael ei gosod ar gigyddwyr neu allforwyr am unrhyw gyfnod drwy gyfeirio at nifer y gwartheg, defaid neu foch y gellir codi ardoll amdanynt.

(2)Yn Atodlen 2—

(a)mae Rhan 1 yn gwneud darpariaeth bellach ynghylch sut y mae'n rhaid i ardollau gael eu cyfrifo, a

(b)mae Rhan 2 yn gwneud darpariaeth ynghylch y dyddiad erbyn pryd y mae'n rhaid talu'r ardoll.

(3)O ran ardollau sydd i'w gosod ar gigyddwyr neu allforwyr, caiff Gweinidogion Cymru wneud rheoliadau am weithdrefnau sy'n ymwneud â—

(a)gosod ardollau (gan gynnwys hysbysu personau sy'n atebol i dalu ardoll o'r swm sy'n ddyledus ganddynt), a

(b)talu a chasglu ardollau.

(4)Caiff Gweinidogion Cymru, drwy orchymyn, ddiwygio Atodlen 2 drwy—

(a)diwygio neu hepgor darpariaethau;

(b)ychwanegu darpariaethau; neu

(c)diwygio neu hepgor unrhyw ddarpariaethau sydd wedi eu hychwanegu.

(5)Yn y Mesur hwn ystyr “gwartheg, defaid neu foch y gellir codi ardoll amdanynt” (“chargeable cattle, sheep or pigs”), o ran unrhyw gyfnod y mae ardoll wedi ei gosod ar ei gyfer—

(a)mewn perthynas â chigyddwr, yw gwartheg, defaid neu foch a gigyddir gan y cigyddwr yn y cyfnod hwnnw; a

(b)mewn perthynas ag allforiwr, yw gwartheg, defaid neu foch a allforir gan yr allforiwr yn y cyfnod hwnnw.
