1Meaning of “local mental health partners”
For the purposes of this Measure, the local mental health partners for a local authority area are–
a
the Local Health Board established under section 11 of the National Health Service (Wales) Act 2006 for an area which includes the local authority area; and
b
the local authority for that area.
