132President’s annual report

As soon as practicable after the end of each financial year, the President must—
a
produce a report on the Tribunal’s exercise of its functions in that financial year, and
b
lay a copy of the report before the National Assembly for Wales.
c
The President must comply with any requirements of the National Assembly for Wales in relation to the form of the report and the laying of it.
