7Cymhwyso i bobl ifanc

Explanatory NotesShow EN

(1)Rhaid i Weinidogion Cymru ystyried p'un a gaiff ac (os felly) i ba raddau a chyda pha ddiwygiadau y caiff—

(a)gofynion Rhan I o'r Confensiwn a'r Protocolau fod yn berthnasol i bobl ifanc, a

(b)gofynion y Mesur hwn gael eu cymhwyso o ran pobl ifanc.

(2)Rhaid i gynllun y plant (pan wneir ef yn gyntaf) gynnwys datganiad ar fwriadau Gweinidogion Cymru i ymgynghori ar y materion a grybwyllir yn is-adran (1).

(3)Caiff Gweinidogion Cymru, wrth ymgynghori ar y materion a grybwyllir yn is-adran (1), ymgynghori ar unrhyw fater arall sy'n ymwneud â phobl ifanc sydd yn eu barn hwy yn briodol.

(4)Rhaid i Weinidogion Cymru gyhoeddi adroddiad ar eu casgliadau o dan is-adran (1).

(5)Rhaid i Weinidogion Cymru osod gerbron y Cynulliad gopi o unrhyw adroddiad a gyhoeddir o dan is-adran (4).

(6)Caiff Gweinidogion Cymru, drwy orchymyn —

(a)gymhwyso unrhyw ddarpariaeth yn y Mesur hwn o ran pobl ifanc;

(b)wneud unrhyw ddarpariaeth arall sydd yn eu barn hwy yn briodol er mwyn rhoi effaith, o ran pobl ifanc, i unrhyw un neu ragor o'r gofynion yn Rhan I o'r Confensiwn a'r Protocolau.

(7)Caiff gorchymyn o dan is-adran (6)(a) wneud unrhyw addasiadau o'r darpariaethau a gymhwysir ganddo sydd yn briodol ym marn Gweinidogion Cymru.

(8)Cyn gwneud gorchymyn o dan is-adran (6) rhaid i Weinidogion Cymru—

(a)gyhoeddi drafft o'r gorchymyn, a

(b)ymgynghori ar y drafft â'r bobl neu'r cyrff sydd yn eu barn hwy yn briodol.
