174.Requires authorities to comply with decisions of the IRP set out in an annual report and empowers the IRP to monitor the implementation and management of the payments made by the authorities affected by its decisions. The IRP is empowered to require authorities to provide it with details of their payments and actual rates in payment. The authority must comply with such a request.
