The Local Government Act 2000 is amended as follows.

In section 21D (publication etc of reports, recommendations and responses: confidential and exempt information), in subsection (6) in the definition of “exempt information”, after “2006” insert “or section 186 of the National Health Service (Wales) Act 2006”.

In section 22 (access to information etc), in subsection (12A)—
a
after “State” insert “(in relation to local authorities in England), or the Welsh Ministers (in relation to local authorities in Wales),”;
b
in paragraph (a), omit “in England”.
