120Guidance about appointment of community youth representatives

In exercising functions under sections 118 and 119, a community council must have regard to guidance given by the Welsh Ministers.

The reference to functions in subsection (1) includes a reference to functions under section 232 of the Local Government Act 1972 as it applies in relation to a notice required to be given under section 119(2) of this Measure.
