156Directions to comply with requirements

If the Welsh Ministers are satisfied that a relevant authority has failed to comply with a requirement relating to relevant matters which is imposed on it by or by virtue of this Measure, they may direct the authority to comply with the requirement.

A direction under this section must specify—
a
the requirement;
b
the reason for giving the direction;
c
the steps that the Welsh Ministers require the authority to take;
d
the date by which the Welsh Ministers require the authority to take the steps.
3
A direction under this section is enforceable by mandatory order on the application of the Welsh Ministers.
