Provision of information
77Forward plans and other information

The Welsh Ministers may by regulations make provision for or in connection with requiring prescribed information about the exercise of the functions of—
a
an overview and scrutiny committee of a local authority, or
b
a sub-committee of such a committee,
to be made available to members of the public or members of the authority.

The provision that may be made under subsection (1) includes (but is not limited to)—
a
provision requiring prescribed information to be made available in advance of the exercise of functions mentioned in that subsection, and
b
provision as to the way or form in which prescribed information is to be made available.
