Consequential amendment of the Administration Act

In section 5(1)(hh) of the Administration Act (regulations about claims for and payments of benefit)—
a
in sub-paragraph (i), after “1998” there shall be inserted “or, as the case may be, under paragraph 3 of Schedule 7 to the Child Support, Pensions and Social Security Act (Northern Ireland) 2000”; and
b
in sub-paragraph (ii), after “Order” there shall be inserted “or, as the case may be, paragraph 4 of that Schedule”.
