The Regional Agency shall record such information with respect to the exercise of its functions as the Department may direct.

Information shall be recorded in such form, and retained for such period, as the Department may determine.

The Regional Agency shall, in relation to its functions, furnish to the Department, such reports, returns and other information as the Department may require.
