An Act to enable the Department for Regional Development to continue to make payments to water and sewerage undertakers for a limited period.

BE IT ENACTED by being passed by the Northern Ireland Assembly and assented to by Her Majesty as follows:
1 In Article 213 of the Water and Sewerage Services (Northern Ireland) Order 2006 (NI 21) (grants by the Department for Regional Development to relevant undertakers), in paragraph (4), for “three” substitute “ six ”.
2 This Act may be cited as the Water and Sewerage Services (Amendment) Act (Northern Ireland) 2010.
