41Appointment of directors of N.I. Transport Holding Company
In section 47 of the 1967 Act (establishment of the Northern Ireland Transport Holding Company), after subsection (3) there shall be inserted the following subsection—
3A
Section 18(2) of the Interpretation Act (Northern Ireland) 1954 (c. 33) shall apply to appointments under this section.
