Article 11 of the 1976 Order (infant children found exposed) shall be amended as follows.

In paragraph (1) (duty of certain persons to give information to the registrar and to sign the register in the presence of the registrar), for the words “and to sign the register in the presence of the registrar” there shall be substituted the words “ in the prescribed manner ”.

In paragraph (2) (effect of person giving information and signing the register), for the words “and signs the register” there shall be substituted the words “ in the prescribed manner ”.
