In Article 82 of the Fair Employment and Treatment (Northern Ireland) Order 1998 (President, Vice-President and Chairmen), in paragraph (5), after the words “regulations under Article 81” add “and regulations under that Article may provide that a person so appointed may be referred to as an employment judge”.
