This section and section 41 come into operation on the day after the day on which this Act receives Royal Assent.

Section 29 comes into operation on the day after the day on which this Act receives Royal Assent.

Section 33 comes into operation on the day after the day on which this Act receives Royal Assent.

The other provisions of this Act come into operation on such day or days as the Department of Justice may by order appoint.

An order under this section may contain such transitional, transitory or saving provision as the Department of Justice considers appropriate.
