3.  In Schedule 3 to the Child Abduction and Custody Act 1985 (custody orders), in paragraph 8—N.I.

(a)after head (b) insert—

“(ba)a special guardianship order (as defined by Article 14A of that Order);”;

(b)in head (c) omit sub-head (v).
