141.—(1) Article 10 is amended as follows.N.I.

(2) In paragraph (1)—

(a)omit “or” at the end of sub-paragraph (a);

(b)for sub-paragraph (b) substitute—

“(b)to exercise social care and children functions (see Article 10A); or

(c)to exercise, on behalf of the Department, such functions as the Department may direct under Article 10B.”.

(3) In paragraph (3)—

(a)omit “this Article,”;

(b)omit sub-paragraph (a).
