(2) In paragraph (1)—

(a)for “Every Health and Social Services Board” substitute “The Department”;

(b)omit “in respect of its area” and “who are in that area”;

(c)for “a direction” substitute “arrangements”.

(3) In paragraph (2)—

(a)for “a Health and Social Services Board” substitute “the Department”;

(b)omit “in the Board’s area”.
