The Department of Justice makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 24(9) and 27(1) and (1A) of the Corporate Manslaughter and Corporate Homicide Act 2007(1).
In accordance with section 24(9) of that Act a draft of this Order was laid before, and approved by a resolution of, the Assembly.
2007 c.19. Section 24(9) was inserted by and section 27 was amended by paragraphs 4 and 5 respectively of Schedule 9 to the Northern Ireland Act 1998 (Devolution of Policing and Justice Functions) Order 2010 (S.I. 2010/976).
