If the solicitor is a trustee of a controlled trust, the Society may apply toF1. . . the High Court for an order for the appointment of a new trustee in substitution for him.

The Trustee Act (Northern Ireland) 1958 [1958 c.23] shall have effect in relation to an appointment of a new trustee under this paragraph as it has effect in relation to an appointment under section 40 of that Act.
