Effect of this Order on rights of CrownN.I.
26. Section 16(1) of the Administration of Estates Act (Northern Ireland) 1955 [1955 c.24] (passing of intestate's estate, in certain circumstances, to Crown as bona vacantia) shall have effect subject to the provisions of this Order.
