The Department of Justice shall continue to maintain the Office within that department.

Subject to the provisions of this Order (and in particular Part VIII) all judgments to which this Order applies shall be enforced by or through the Office.

Paragraph (2) does not prejudice the power to make a complaint underF2 Article 99 of the Magistrates' Courts (Northern Ireland) Order 1981 (lump sum in domesticF3 or civil partnership proceedings), where no proceedings have been taken in the Office as mentioned inF2 paragraph (4) of Article 99 of that Order of 1981.
