F2Section 165(4), (5) and (10) of the Social Security Administration (Northern Ireland) Act 1992F2 (which among other things make provision about the extent of powers to make orders and regulations) shall apply to any power to make orders or regulations conferred by this Order as they apply to any power to make orders or regulations conferred by that Act.

F3Regulations and orders made by the Department under this Order, other thanF2... orders under Article 1(2), shall be subject to negative resolution.F3
