This Order may be cited as the Disabled Persons (Northern Ireland) Order 1982.

This Order, except Article 8, shall come into operation on the expiration of the period of three months beginning with the date on which it is made.

Article 8 shall come into operation on such date as the Head of the Department of the Environment may by order appoint.
