This Order may be cited as the Human Organ Transplants (Northern Ireland) Order 1989.

Except as provided by paragraph (3), this Order shall come into operation on the expiration of two months from the day on which it is made.

Article 4(1) shall come into operation on such day as the Head of the Department may by order appointF2.
