9.—(1) In the Parliamentary Commissioner Act (Northern Ireland) 1969(1) in paragraph 5 of Schedule 2 (matters not subject to investigation) after the words “Health and Personal Social Services (Northern Ireland) Order 1972,” there shall be inserted the words “a Special Health and Social Services Agency established under the Health and Personal Social Services (Special Agencies) (Northern Ireland) Order 1990,”.
(2) In the Commissioner for Complaints Act (Northern Ireland) 1969(2) in Part II of Schedule 1 (public bodies subject to investigation) the following entry shall be inserted at the appropriate point in alphabetical order—
“A Special Health and Social Services Agency established under Article 3 of the Health and Personal Social Services (Special Agencies) (Northern Ireland) Order 1990.”.
