In the Parliamentary Commissioner Act (Northern Ireland) 19698 in paragraph 5 of Schedule 2 (matters not subject to investigation) after the words “Health and Personal Social Services (Northern Ireland) Order 1972,” there shall be inserted the words “a Special Health and Social Services Agency established under the Health and Personal Social Services (Special Agencies) (Northern Ireland) Order 1990,”.
