In section 2(3)(a) of the Act of 1960, for the words “five years” there shall be substituted “two years”.

At the beginning of the Table following paragraph 1 of Part I of Schedule 1 to the Act of 1960 there shall be inserted—
“two to four” | “six eightieths”. |

In section 2(2) of the Act of 1969 for the words “five years” there shall be substituted “two years”.

At the beginning of the Table in section 2(3) of that Act there shall be inserted—
“2 to 4…three-fortieths”. |
