The Interpretation Act (Northern Ireland) 19542 shall apply to Article 1 and the following provisions of this Order as it applies to a Measure of the Northern Ireland Assembly.

In this Order “the 1976 Act” means the Fair Employment (Northern Ireland) Act 19763.
