The Lord Chancellor may by order provide that the oath administered to and taken by a juror in any court specified in the order shall be in such form as may be so specified.

An order under paragraph (1) shall be subject toF1 negative resolution.

Paragraph (1) is without prejudice to the provisions of the [1978 c. 19] Oaths Act 1978.
