Making and levying of rates
3. In Article 6(3)(a) of the principal Order (regional rate and district rate)—
(a)for “a uniform” there shall be substituted “an”;
(b)at the end there shall be inserted—
“and different rates may be made and levied on hereditaments of prescribed descriptions in accordance with prescribed rules;”.
