In section 95 (trustees' duties after exercise of option)—
a
in subsection (4) after “circumstances,” insert “by direction,”, and
b
in subsection (4A) for “in relation to applications for extensions under subsection (4)” substitute “requiring applications for extensions under subsection (4) to meet prescribed requirements”.
